Hanover

Hanover Company from Houston plans to construct a 21 story Luxury High Rise Apartment building on the former site of the Preston Place Condominiums. The building will offer 214 apartments for lease, a rooftop pool area, and all of the other amenities that one would expect to find in a luxury highrise development. Parking will be provided on two floors below grade and one story of screened parking above.


The PHSNA welcomes Hanover to our neighborhood, we believe that upon completion the new tower will be a tremendous asset to our neighborhood.
