Community Services

The PHSNA acts to maintain the residential character of the community by:

• serving as a liaison with the City of Dallas and our City Council Representative to promote and protect the neighborhood’s interests with respect to:

  • zoning changes

  • construction/development projects

  • traffic concerns

  • street repairs

  • flooding

  • crime

• working with members in our community and surrounding communities for enhanced neighborhood patrol and crime watch

• educating our members about condominium ownership and HOA management

• organizing and promoting social and charitable events such as food trucks, book drives, and recycling and shredding
